Keith Singleton (1965)

Clayton, his brother Orville and I attended all 12 years of school beginning at good old Hanover.

I will always remember Clayton's outgoing personality, razor sharp wit and cutting edge sense of humor. He was quick on his feet, very intelligent and analytical. I was not surprised that he became a legal advocate (defense attorney).

Clayton was a fine fellow, in every sense, and  I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared those years with him and Orville. Both were exceptional marble players and would "clean out" my daily ration of marbles more often than not. We certainly had our moments, as we shared many good times, "coming of age" episodes and fond memories, especially during those "Hanover Days".

In later years, we sort of lost track, but it was always a pleasure when our paths did cross....
